Me(Pixel Form)

Hi, I’m Janusz — a full-stack engineer, AI tinkerer, and lifelong learner.
Introduction
I’m a full-stack developer with experience across the frontend and backend, working on everything from CMS sites to ERP modules. I’ve maintained older websites, contributed to Odoo ERP development, and supported automation projects using tools like UiPath and Selenium.
I’ve also spent time working with AI tools and libraries some from internships and on my own tinkering around with platforms like OpenAI, Gemini and TensorFlow.
What I enjoy most is building systems that work reliably and are easy to maintain. I like code that can grow and adapt, and I approach projects with curiosity, clear communication, and an appreciation for the messy parts of software development.
Whether I’m working on a solo project or collaborating across a team, I take pride in writing clean code, breaking problems down, and seeing the bigger picture in every task.
Stack
Frontend: React, HTML/CSS, WordPress, JavaScript
Backend: Node.js, MongoDB, PHP, Odoo (Python-based)
AI/ML: OpenAI API, TensorFlow (introductory exposure), Selenium, UiPath
Tools: Git, Figma, Jira, Agile workflows, CMS management, REST APIs
Other Areas: ERP systems, CMS platforms (Joomla, WordPress), automation scripting, Linux development environments
Note: This stack reflects tools and platforms I’ve worked with directly either through internships, hands-on experience, or self-guided learning. I’m always open to learning new frameworks and adapting to the needs of a project.
Goals
Right now, I’m focused on sharpening my backend and automation skills, getting more hands-on with AI tools, and improving how I approach clean, intuitive interfaces. I’m also working on the architectural side of things and how to put it all together and make it scalable when the need arises. Long-term, I want to keep learning across different areas, whether that means taking on more complex projects, mentoring others, or eventually pursuing another master’s if it makes sense down the road. I’m also pushing toward a few personal goals: growing creatively, developing professionally, and building a life I’m genuinely proud of, one step at a time.
Philosophy
Professionally, I try to bring my best while staying grounded and being brutally honest about what I know(or don’t know), asking good questions, and learning as I go. When a problem looks complicated, I break it down, look for the reason behind it, and focus on what will actually make a difference. Every challenge ends up teaching me something, even the ones that leave me stuck for a while.
I try to approach work and life with the mindset that progress comes one step at a time. When things go off-course, I adapt and keep moving and know that not always things will go may way. I value showing up consistently more than chasing perfection, and steady progress over ego.
Personal
Outside of tech, I train in martial arts with a focus on striking disciplines like boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing though in due time will expand to grappling with BJJ. I also enjoy strength training mostly with some barbell & dumbbell work but have recently branched into calisthenics. I game casually across genres like RPGs, strategy, space sims, and indie titles whenever I have some time to kill.
I’m slowly returning to music and composition, and plan to get back into piano. I also collect snow globes when I travel (or when someone brings one back for me).
